Iran’s Basij Commander: If Tehran Had Interfered in Bahrain, the Crisis Would’ve Ended in 2 Weeks

Bahrain Mirror (Exclusive): The Commander of the Basij Paramilitary Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohammad Reza Naqdi, said on Thursday (August 19, 2015) that his country does not interfere in the affairs of Gulf States, pointing out that if it had interfered, the crisis in Bahrain would have ended.

The Al-Mayadeen channel reported on "Al-Mayadeen Breaking News" Twitter account that the Basij commander said: "Iran does not intervene militarily in the gulf states affairs," adding that "if Iran wanted to interfere in Bahrain's crisis, it would have ended within two weeks."
