Revolutionary Forces Call for Civil Disobedience on Fifth Anniversary of Bahrain’s Uprising

Bahrain Mirror: The revolutionary forces called for "diverse civil disobedience" on the fifth anniversary of the uprising in Bahrain under the slogan "Al-Nimr's Disobedience" for "the leading role played by the martyr Sheikh Al-Nimr, especially that our fellow Saudis in the Eastern Province support our uprising, and for categorically rejecting the continued Saudi occupation that invaded our country under the umbrella of the ‘Peninsula Shield.'"

The revolutionary groups (February 14 Youth Coalition, Al-Wafa, Bahrain Freedom Movement, Salvation Movement, Amal and Haq) added in a joint statement on Thursday (January 14, 2016) that they call on the people to commemorate this revolution in a "different and escalated way", stressing on the importance of nationwide popular participation in this event and adhering to the uprising's aims.

The Bahraini regime that is "in a very weak phase is betting on your exhaustion and acceptance of patched useless solutions; thus, we have to mobilize our capabilities and get ready to exert any possible effort in order to achieve the noble aims of our uprising," they further said concluding their statement.
