Bahrain Mirror: Local Bahraini Al-Ayam newspaper, which is owned by the King's Media Advisor Nabil al-Hamr, announced on Sunday (September 4, 2016) a scheduled date on which the court is to look into the Al-Wefaq Society's appeal against the decision to dissolve it.

This announcement; however, came before the court itself announced the date.

"The Supreme Civil Court of Appeal has not yet taken a decision at the special request of the Justice Ministry to urgently look into the appeal of Al-Wefaq Society against the decision to dissolve it. A meeting was designated for this matter to be held on September 20. However, the Court of Appeal is scheduled to look into the decision issued under the title of "urgency" on September 6. Judicial sources expect that the court will rush to hold its meeting scheduled for September 20, and combine it with the meeting to look into the appeal scheduled for Tuesday (September 6)," said the paper.
