Bahrain Mirror: MP Jamal Bu Hassan announced on Tuesday (February 27, 2018) his withdrawal from the committee assigned to investigate the Council of Ministers Assistant Undersecretary Ibrahim Al-Dosari's ownership of land in Riffa upon which he built Al-Reem center.

Bu Hassan said that he saw documents showing that the land was not allocated for building a school.

The House of Representatives refused, yesterday, to lift immunity of MP Anas Buhendi after MPs Jamal Bu Hassan and Khalid Al-Shaer decided to withdraw the lawsuit they brought against Buhendi.

Former MP Mohammad Khalid said that the Cybercrime Directorate at the Ministry of the Interior incites sedition among citizens, two weeks after publishing conversations between Ibrahim Al-Dosari and MP Anas Buhendi.

After these statement, media figure Mohammad Al-Shorouqi was arrested, along with two others, who were accused of defaming people via Twitter. It is believed that they manage the account called "Na'eb Ta'eb".
