Bahrain Mirror: The General Directorate of Traffic announced the processing of 271,049 applications in 2017 through the Government e-Portal by filling up the new traffic application. It also said 17,000 e-applications had been processed since 2014.

The number of car registration renewal applications increased from 3,000 in 2014 to 65,000 in 2017, while driving licence e-renewals increased from 5,000 in 2014 to 74,000 in 2017.
