Election of Al Salam Bank New Board of Directors Headed by Khalifa Al-Muhairi

Bahrain Mirror: Al Salam Bank Bahrain announced the election of its new Board of Directors by its Ordinary General Assembly in its meeting held at the Four Seasons Hotel on March 22, 2018. The shareholders elected Khalifa Batti bin Omair Al-Muhairi, Khaled Bin Mustahil Al Maishani, Matar Mohammed Murad Al-Baluoshi, Hussain Mohammed Al-Meeza, Khalid Salem Al-Helyan, Salman Saleh Al-Muhaimed, Salem Abdullah Al-Auwadi, Zayed Ali Al-Amin, Al-Hur Mohammed Al-Suwaidi and Khaled Shehab Al-Din Madi as member of the Board of Directors for its new extended term from March 2018 to March 2021.
At their meeting following the General Assembly, the Board of Directors unanimously decided to elect Khalifa Batti bin Omair bin Yousef Al-Muhairi as Chairman and Khalid Bin Mustahil Al Maishani as Vice Chairman.
The new chairman, Khalifa Al-Muhairi, thanked the previous board headed by Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, stressing on making continued efforts to establish a stronger client portfolio.
