Bahrain Mirror: The Ministries of Labor and Social Development are implementing Ministerial Resolution No. (3) of 2013 on banning work under the sun and exposed places during the afternoon period from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm in July and August.

In this context, the Ministry of Labor and Social Development conducted a field survey and prepared a database showing the target locations as well as the size of the labor force in order to carry out the inspection campaign to ensure optimal implementation of the decision.

The ministerial decision "punishes anyone who violates the provisions of this resolution by penalties promulgated in Article 192 of the Civil Sector Labor Law issued by Law 36 of 2012, which stipulate that anyone who breaks any of the provisions of section 15 and the decisions issued by implementation thereof shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of up to three months and a fine of at least 500 dinars and not more than 1,000 dinars or either of these two penalties."
