Al-Wahdawi Secretary-General Arrested at Bahrain Int’l Airport upon Returning from Beirut

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini authorities arrested on Tuesday (July 31, 2018) Hasan Al Marzooq, Secretary-General of the Unitary National Democratic Assemblage (Al-Wahdawi party) after being remanded at Bahrain International Airport, upon returning from the Lebanese capital, Beirut.
The party said that the reasons behind Al-Mazqooq's arrest remain unknown, noting that his arrest came after taking part in the Arab International Forum on Justice for Palestine held in Beirut.
Al-Marzooq was elected as a member in the secretariat of the national conference.
