Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Ministry of the Interior announced the arrests of four wanted persons in politically-motivated cases, while they attempted to escape by sea near the coast of Al-Dair and Samaheej.

It also reported that "four others suspected of assisting in the escape were arrested as well." The Interior Ministry did not reveal the identities of those taken into custody.
