Activist Ahmed Al-Shamlan Dies at Age of 81, Al-Wefaq Expresses Condolences

Bahrain Mirror: Activist Ahmed Al-Shamlan, a member of the National Liberation Front, died on Friday, June 23, 2023, at the age of 81.
Al-Wefaq Society expressed condolences to the people of Bahrain and the family of Al-Shamlan on his death, asking God to grant him mercy.
Al-Shamlan, who involved in politics early, was arrested by the authorities more than once, due to his political stances and opinions, and spent more than 9 years in prison during different periods and years.
