Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini National Initiative against Normalization with the Zionist Enemy, which comprises 25 Bahraini organizations, stressed that the visit of Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen to Bahrain with a trade delegation is "a desperate attempt to normalize in the economic fields."

In a statement on September 4, 2023, the initiative urged "all companies and businessmen to express their categorical rejection of normalization," calling on the government to "stop all forms of normalization and reverse agreements that harm our country."

It stressed that "the rushing of Zionist officials to visit our country stems from dangerous goals," noting that "the entity seeks aggressive and immoral alliances."

The initiative called on "all Bahraini groups, national figures and organizations to express their categorical rejection of this visit and raise their voice high."
