Front Line Defenders Organizes Solidarity Vigil with Abdulhadi Al-Khawaja in Dublin

Bahrain Mirror (Exclusive): Front Line Defenders staff organized a solidarity vigil with prisoner of conscience Abdulhadi Al-Khawaja.
The staff said in a tweet on "X" platform that they "send solidarity to our former colleague and friend Abdulhadi Al-Khawaja, unjustly imprisoned for 12 years in Bahrain."
The organization demanded to release Al-Khawaja and all human rights defenders languishing in Bahraini prison.
"I am extremely concerned about the deteriorating health of Mr. Abduljalil Al-Singace, Mr. Abdulhadi Al-Khawaja and Mr. Naji Fateel. Medical negligence and lack of adequate care has left them in a worrying state," said Mary Lawlor, the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights defenders.
