Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's Fourth High Criminal Court, presided over by judge Ali bin Khalifa Al-Dhahrani with the membership of judges Hamad bin Salman Al Khalifa and Jamal Awad, and Ahmad Al-Sulaiman as secretariat, sentenced 6 suspects accused of setting fire to an ATM of one of the banks in Bahrain's Hamad Town to 15 years in prison and ordered them to pay 18,770 BD for the damages caused to the ATM and confiscating the seized items.

It is noteworthy that the six suspects were handed down a 10-year prison term on the onset of October and a fine of 31,000 BD for setting fire to an ATM in the same manner.

The authorities claim that a fire was set to one of the ATMs and it was revealed that it was arson. It also claimed that the investigations unveiled the identities of the 6 suspects who admitted to participating in starting the fire.

It is also noteworthy that the fourth criminal court was established in July 2013 to cover the enormous number of cases brought against protestors and activists and to expedite issuing harsh sentences against them under the Terrorism Act.
