Bahrain Mirror: Detainees complained that they are receiving their medical treatment in the "Qalaa" Hospital while they are restrained movement. They also indicated the guards saying that the prison administration is aware of this procedure.

The detainees said that a police officer named "Jazzaa" put the detainees in handcuffs and leg cuffs while accompanying them to the "Qalaa" Hospital, especially while receiving treatment at the dental clinic. The police officer justified this procedure by saying that he does not have the keys to the cuffs.

The detainees called on the prison administration to take responsibility to stop these harassments.
