Jaffaria Endowment Allocates 20 Million BD to Invest in 50 Real Estates Projects

Bahrain Mirror: Head of Jaffaira Endowments (Waqf) Sheikh Mohsen Al-Asfour said that the endowments is studying opportunities of investment in 50 real estate projects within the coming period, indicating that the allocated budget reached 20 million BD.
Al-Asfour said that the new real estate regulatory law will contribute in the growth of real estates revenues 10 times, noting that the houses, apartments and real estate houses are to be dealt with in a professional way according to the standards followed in the real estate market.
He saw that increasing the endowments revenues will be reflected on charitable projects, indicating that the endowments launched solidarity project 1 to support the social and charitable projects.
