Bahrain Mirror: The follow-up team of the treatment of Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim, spiritual leader of Shia majority in Bahrain, said that Ayatollah Qassim's surgery, which was carried out in a hospital in the British capital, London, was completed a while ago.

Doctors said that surgery was successful, the statement read.It also stated that Sheikh Isa needs to stay in the intensive care unit for at least 48 hours to closely follow his health status.
