CNN: Saudi Arabia Canceled Passport of Khashoggi’s Son, Preventing him from Traveling outside Country for Months

Bahrain Mirror: Sources close to the family of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi said that his his eldest son, Salah, was unable to travel outside Saudi Arabia for several months.


CNN said it had asked Saudi officials to "comment on these allegations," but had not yet received an answer, and tried to contact Saleh's eldest son, Khashoggi, but did not respond.

The sources added that the Saudi authorities canceled the passport Salah Khashoggi, who disappeared on the afternoon of October 2 after entering and leaving the Saudi consulate building in Istanbul.

The sources further stated that Salah Khashoggi, who writes an economic column in Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper, currently lives in Jeddah, while other members of the family, including Jamal Khashoggi's divorcee and his daughter, live in Dubai.
