Bahrain Mirror: An official in the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the attack on Bahrain's embassy in Baghdad, which was carried out by protesters.

The source affirmed that Saudi Arabia denounces these acts which are in breach of diplomatic norms and international conventions.  "The Kingdom welcomes the Iraqi government's position on this unacceptable attack and the measures taken to provide the necessary protection for the safety of the Bahraini mission," the source said.

The source stressed the ability of Bahrain and Iraq to overcome the incident, stressing that Riyadh stands by the two states in all endeavors that will enhance security and stability in the region.
