Bahrain Mirror: The Ministry of Industry has stricken off 16 commercial agencies for a number of Bahraini companies and institutions operating in Bahrain, in accordance with the requirements of the law.

The agencies whose products were stricken off varied between agencies for commercial products, chemical substances or watches and other consumables.

Among the known agencies is the agency of American company General Electric, registered under "Golden Eagle" institution.

The strike off came in commitment to article 19 of commercial agency law 10/1992 as a result of not fulfilling one of the registration requirements.
