Bahrain Mirror: Sayed Taher Al-Mousawi, a member of Al-Wefaq General Secretariat, confirmed that there is "an unparalleled Bahraini consensus to cancel the normalization agreement with the Israeli occupation entity."

Al-Mousawi added, in a post on the "X" platform, that "agreement and consensus are at all levels of popular, societal, political, scholarly and partisan and even the various authorities and all professional, civil and other forces." He said "It is almost the largest consensus in the history of Bahrain on the need to cancel the normalization agreement to the extent that one of them said that part of the government ministers rejected the agreement but were forced to remain silent."

He pointed out that "if the government ignores all this historical popular and national consensus, in addition to the Arab and Islamic consensus and all the free people of the world," then "no one should talk about freedom, pluralism, democracy or other opinion,  or that there is harmony, representation, social contract, or the lowest level of respect for people's opinion in light of this insistence and intransigence and constant adherence to the normalization agreement."

Al-Mousawi wondered: "Isn't the massacre, genocide and brutality taking place in Gaza against human beings, stone and mud enough to reconsider the normalization agreement?"
