The Imam Al-Sadiq Mosque Friday Preacher in Diraz, west of the Bahraini capital, Manama, Sheikh Ali Rahma, said that "our dear youths, who constitute an important portion of our families are living below the poverty line in difficult economic conditions, and face an unknown future livelihood that does not bode well."

Sayed Abdullah Al-Ghuraifi stressed that “it is unacceptable that official state controls complicate the work of funds, charities and competent agencies.”

Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim stressed that “there is one thing that politics forbids and allows, and even even calls and pays for. It is political discourse at the mosque.”
